TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CJRAMER World RP FiveM server (cfx.re/join/kqqrkxv), website (https://cjramerworld.com), community Discord, or associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Community Rules

You must own a legitimate, licensed copy of Grand Theft Auto V and comply with the Cfx.re / FiveM Service Terms. While playing on CJRAMER World RP or participating in our Discord community, you agree to adhere strictly to all published server rules, including but not limited to:

  • No cheating, exploiting, third-party software, injection mods, or hacking.
  • No harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or toxic behavior.
  • Compliance with roleplay guidelines (e.g., Value of Life, Metagaming, Powergaming rules).
  • Respect for community staff and volunteer moderators.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the server, Discord, and Services without refund.

3. Virtual Goods & Store Purchases

All items, subscriptions, priority queues, vanity license plates, vehicle passes, gang registrations, and supporter ranks available on cjramerworld.com or our Tebex webstore are strictly intangible, virtual goods for entertainment purposes only within CJRAMER World RP.

  • No Monetary Value: Virtual items, in-game currency, and priority queue perks hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
  • Merchant of Record: All digital transactions and billing are securely processed by Tebex Limited as the authorized Merchant of Record. By placing an order, you agree to Tebex's Checkout Terms of Service.
  • Final Sale & Delivery: Virtual goods are delivered immediately to your linked FiveM / Cfx.re identifier upon confirmed payment. Due to the digital and instant nature of these services, all purchases are non-refundable.
  • Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal will result in an immediate and permanent automated blacklist across the server, store, and all affiliated networks.

4. Moderation & Server Governance

Purchasing priority queue, supporter passes, or virtual goods does not grant immunity from server rules or administrative actions. If a player is banned or disciplined for rule violations, active queue perks or virtual goods will not be paused, refunded, or transferred.

5. Disclaimer of Affiliation

CJRAMER World RP is an independent community roleplay project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto and GTA V are registered trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We make reasonable efforts to keep our server and web services online 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, game updates, or technical failures may cause temporary downtime. We reserve the right to modify in-game items, vehicle balances, economy parameters, and server configurations at any time to preserve gameplay balance.
