PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: November 2, 2026 · Effective Date: November 2, 2026

1. Introduction

CJRAMER World RP ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, protect, and use personal information when you access our website (cjramerworld.com), join our FiveM game server (cfx.re/join/kqqrkxv), or participate in our Discord community.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to provide server connectivity, account authentication, store order delivery, and community security:

  • Game Identifiers: Your Cfx.re License, Steam ID, and Discord User ID when connecting to the game server or authenticating in our Discord bot.
  • Gameplay & Character Data: In-game character statistics, job assignments, virtual economy balances, inventory items, and custom vanity license plates created via our Plate Lab.
  • Technical Connection Logs: IP address, connection timestamps, ping, and standard HTTP/FiveM handshake data required for network routing, DDoS mitigation, and anti-cheat auditing.
  • Store Order Records: When you purchase virtual goods, our payment processor (Tebex) transmits transaction IDs, package names, purchased amounts, and player identifiers to deliver perks. We never see, receive, or store your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate and grant access to the FiveM roleplay server.
  • To automatically credit purchased Priority Queue, vanity plates, and digital packages to your character.
  • To maintain server security, prevent fraud, enforce community rules, and detect malicious software or cheating.
  • To manage Discord roles, staff tickets, and community announcements.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our community services, we interface with trusted industry providers:

  • Tebex Limited: Processes all webstore payments as the Merchant of Record.
  • Cfx.re / CitizenFX: Provides multiplayer client routing and account authorization.
  • Discord Inc.: Hosts our community chat, ticket systems, and bot operations.
  • Cloudflare / Nginx: Provides reverse-proxy routing, HTTPS SSL encryption, and DDoS defense.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website (cjramerworld.com) uses minimal browser local storage strictly for functional purposes — specifically saving your active shopping cart items and plate customization state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your browsing history to advertising networks.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with applicable European and international privacy regulations (including GDPR):

  • You have the right to request a copy of the data associated with your game identifier.
  • You have the right to request correction or complete erasure of your character profile data upon leaving the server, provided such data is not required for active ban enforcement or fraud prevention.
  • Transaction records are archived by Tebex in accordance with statutory accounting and tax regulations.
